Well, everyone else is doing it, so why shouldn't we? The end of a year is a good time to look back and arbitrarily rank people, isn't it? If not, at least it is a lot of fun. Posted below is Celebrity Fashion's list of the top 10 most fashionable celebrities of 2009. No, you will not find Lady Gaga on our list.  Why?  Because we are ranking celebrities for being fashionable, not for being fashion disasters.  Instead, our list begins with Katherine Heigl who is the very embodiment of Hollywood glamour and grace.  You see, there is just way too much credit being given for "outrageous fashion" by most fashion publications today.  We are purposely going to be different.  We purposely reward elegance and class in our 2009 list.   So if you are looking for Lady Gaga or Chris Brown you will just have to try another list.  Below we present our list of  the top 10 most fashionable celebrities of 2009....
