Each year brings a new onslaught of fashion trends as seen on the runways, on models and celebrities and later on in department store and on the racks at fashionable boutiques. One of the first and most obvious trends is the new color of the year. Each year, the Pantone Institute predicts what they believe will be the most popular color seen on runways around the world. Once again, they were exactly right in predicting this year's color to be Tangerine Tango, a richly saturated, bright orange.
