What is it about Les Grossman that fascinates us so much?  We are not sure exactly what it is, but ever since Tom Cruise's alter ego made his debut in Tropic Thunder he has just continued to become more and more popular.  Grossman's latest appearance was at the MTV Movie Awards, and his dance off with Jennifer Lopez had the entire music industry buzzing.  Video of the dance off is posted below....
