Posted below is Celebrity Fashion's list of the top 10 most fashionable celebrities of 2009. No, you will not find Lady Gaga on our list. Why? Because we are ranking celebrities for being fashionable, not for being fashion disasters. Instead, our list begins with Katherine Heigl who is the very embodiment of Hollywood glamour and grace. You see, there is just way too much credit being given for "outrageous fashion" by most fashion publications today. We are purposely going to be different. We purposely reward elegance and class in our 2009 list. So if you are looking for Lady Gaga or Chris Brown you will just have to try another list. Kidman,Beyonce and Rihanna are the only acknowledged fashionistas, Heigl #! is that a joke? She rarely looks au courant and has a lousy figure.
The fact that Katherine Heigl is #1 completely invalidates the list. LOL! She’s a fashion disaster and it’s no wonder you couldn’t even put up a red carpet pic or candid of her looking “fashionable” but had to go to resort to a very old photoshoot.

KH looks like a grandmother with the way she dresses, and half of the people
on this list don’t even belong on it (including her). That pic of Katherine is about 3 years old and her “fashion” has only gotten worse with time, not better.
This is a impressive list. I have to agree with Carrie Underwood. I try to dress that resembles her. She always classy and looks put together.
