Created in collaboration with London-based footwear brand Swear, this new shoe is quite literally the biggest and baddest sneaker that money can buy. The shoe’s upper is a mix of tan nubuck leather in the style of a construction boot, but one quick glance at the sole and you see what really makes this beast of a sneaker shine. The whole thing sits on an ultra-bulky platform sole that is so big it makes up about 50 percent of the shoe’s entire silhouette. As if that oversize rubber sole weren't enough to turn some heads, there is also a huge reflective Vetements logo patch on the heel. And the price to wear such a ludicrous pair of kicks ain’t cheap, either: It clocks in at $1,650. That’s basically double the price of other Gvasalia-designed sneakers, which kind of makes sense when you consider this thing is literally twice the size of the other already-oversize kicks, if it makes sense at all.
